Women's weekend mini-retreats designed to recharge and restore the body, mind and spirit.  This year's theme is "Fostering Resilience". We will learn and practice ways to build mental and emotional toughness so that we are better equipped to face the many challenges of life.  Being resilient is important if we are to accept and embrace the uncertainties of our lives.

Our retreats offer intimate settings (small groups (4 max)), gather 3 friends and pick your own weekend or choose from the dates listed for 2019.  Our retreats are a unique way to connect with your friends, or family on another level.  You will learn and experience new things together and though this process grow closer together and improve your relationships.


Activities will include gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, strolls on the beach, bike rides on the CC Rail Trail and hikes through Nickerson State Park which will provide opportunities to enjoy the stunning views of the cape while stretching, connecting, laughing and relaxing with like-minded individuals.


Accommodations are located in historical Brewster Mass, a quaint and quiet town on Cape Cod's bay side. The home is within walking distance to warm water beaches, Nickerson State Park, Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a short drive to fine dining, antique shops and lovely boutiques. This cozy private home contains two guest bedrooms (4 twin beds) and two full baths (two guests per room - shared bathrooms). It is fully furnished and stocked with all daily living essentials (see picture gallery below).

Sample Itinerary


  • 12:00pm: Arrival, Introductions & Lunch Buffet

  • 1:00pm-2:00pm: Free Time

  • 2:00pm-3:15pm: Beach Yoga (weather permitting)

  • 3:15pm-5:00pm: Bike/Hike/Walk or Free Time

  • 5:00pm-6:30pm: Evening Discussion/Yoga/Meditation



  • 7:30am-8:30am: Breakfast (continental)

  • 9:00am-10:15am: Beach Yoga (weather permitting)

  • 10:15am-12:00pm: Bike/Hike/Walk or Free Time

  • 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch Buffet

  • 1:00pm-5:00pm: Free Time

  • 5:00pm-6:30pm: Evening Discussion/Yoga/Meditation



  • 7:30am-8:30am: Breakfast (continental)

  • 9:00am-10:15am: Beach Strength Training (weather permitting)

  • 10:15am - 11:30am: Free Time

  • 11:30pm: Departure

Cost - Cancellation - Miscellaneous


Cost for this FTF Retreat Package is $500 per person (total due upon registration). This includes accommodations, continental breakfast, lunch, beverages and healthy snacks, four yoga/meditation sessions, two guided bike ride, hikes or walks and one strength training session.


Cancellation fees are 50% of your deposit if you cancel at least 60 days prior to your Retreat after that no refunds will be provided. Registration fees are NOT transferable to another party.



Guests may participate in as few or as many of the activities as desired. Some of the activities are weather permitting and may need to be held indoors or cancelled altogether. Bike rides and walks will go out in light rain so raincoats are highly recommended. We will do our best to get in as many activities as possible but note that you will not be refunded or discounted for cancelled classes/activities due bad weather!
