Aerial yoga offers a refreshing twist on traditional practice, allowing you to refine and advance your asanas both in the air and on the ground. This unique approach promotes physical release, enhances flexibility, and builds strength, all while providing support from the hammock. You'll discover new shapes and movements that may have felt out of reach, making your practice not only effective but also enjoyable. Embrace the fun and freedom of aerial yoga as you elevate your mind and body.

  • Hip Replacement

  • Head Cold, Flu or Sinusitis

Lightheadedness and dizziness are common in an aerial yoga practice. Over time your body will adjust and this will go away (as with anything worth doing it takes patience and consistency). For this reason we start beginners off slowly, take lots of breaks and limit inversions. Ginger and peppermint candies and oils help too. People who suffer from motion sickness are at a greater risk of experiencing these side effects.
