
Class Description

​Vinyasa flow-to-fit style classes with strong emphasis on building functional strength and flexibility. A typical class begins with a warm up, then core strengthening, followed by a creative but thoughtful flow through poses. Classes finish with balancing practice and guided relaxation or meditation. The entire practice is centered around building functional strength, correcting muscular imbalances and posture, and improving balance.

Gentle Yoga & Meditation
A gentle slow moving class that begins with breath work and stretching then moves slowly through basic postures and some balancing. The class ends with guided relaxation or meditation. Since this class moves slowly it is an excellent option for those recovering from injuries, suffering with chronic pain or other physical limitations.
Yoga & Pilates Fusion
A class that combines the breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates. This class begins with some gentle yoga stretching and moves on to a powerful, full body workout using weights, balls and bands. Class then cools down with more yoga and a final relaxation period.
Yoga For All
Designed for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
Intro to Aerial Yoga
Dive into the world of aerial yoga with our new introductory class! Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the use of a fabric hammock to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn the basics of aerial yoga, including how to safely maneuver in and out of the hammock, proper alignment in poses, and techniques to deepen your practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi looking to spice up your routine or a complete beginner curious about aerial yoga, this class is the perfect way to explore and experience the benefits of this unique practice. Pilates Barre Fusion
NEW MORNING CLASS! STARTS 6/17!
A powerful full-body workout that combines the core-focused precision of Pilates with the strength and stability work of barre and lots of cardio inbetween. Using a mix of small, controlled movements and equipment like weights, balls, and resistance bands, this class targets major muscle groups while improving posture, flexibility, and balance. It's a low-impact, high-efficiency and high energy workout designed to challenge and energize all fitness levels. Starts June 17th, 2025!
One Hour of Power
NEW MORNING CLASS! STARTS 6/19!
A strong, flowing practice that connects breath with movement to build heat, strength, and flexibility. With dynamic sequences and smooth transitions, this class offers a full-body workout that challenges both body and mind. Recommended for experienced yogis, it’s a great way to move with intention, build resilience, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded. Starts June 19th, 2025!
